I have a sozodont embossed medicine bottle. It appears to be from the late eighteen hundreds. I also have a Mr. Peanut bottle that is nine inches tall and is embossed with the gentlemanly Mr. Peanut with has top hat, monocle, and cane on the bottom of the jar and the glass top. The jar is embossed all around with flowers and a border at two different points. I can’t remember the brand. I used to know it and it isn’t Mr. Peanuts but it was well known in about the fifties. The top has a stopper made of glass and plastic or some kind of rubber. Years ago I saw that it was worth sixty dollars. Does it have any value now?
I have two bottles …. 12 sided brown bottles, Kendall’s Spavin Cure … bottom – Enosburg Falls, VT …the two bottles are similar but not exact …is that common… also how do I remove the dirt film from the inside?
Thanks
