(Thomas 124) Fifth, tooled top. Here is one of three similar bottles made by the same company during the 1890’s. This has a smaller Phoenix and says bourbon. These are around, they are usually in a shade of medium amber such as this and aren’t usually very crude. They are still a desirable bottle for the western connection and the embossed bird. Grades a 9.5 with a few scratches on the back shoulder.
